Our product guarantee and refund policy
We stand by the quality of our products. All of our products are made from high quality materials, such as 925 sterling silver, marine grade stainless steel, or 9ct yellow gold, unless clearly specified in the description.
All of our stock is sourced from Australian suppliers, and is not imported from overseas.
If one of our products fails to meet your expectations, please contact us as soon as possible so we can organise a refund, repair or replacement.
All furniture and fine jewellery have a 12 month warranty covering manufacturing defects unless stated otherwise in the description.
(Please note, Fashion Jewellery has a 30 day limited warranty).
We check each order thoroughly prior to dispatching it to ensure it reaches you in good condition and well packaged.
If our jewellery does not make you completely satified, we are happy to offer a refund (minus postage costs) at our discretion, as long as the item is returned in original, unworn, unused condition within 14 days.
